Team Regional Tournament Registration

For Coaches:

To complete the regional tournament registration process, you will be required to submit a team registration form and each judge/volunteer must submit a registration form.

You will need to supply the following information to complete this process:

• membership name & number
• coach's name, address, phone & email
• team members' names, birth dates and grades
• judges' names, addresses and emails
• volunteer's name, address & email, if a volunteer is required in your region.

If your team advances to State Finals on April 18, 2009, your judge will advance with the team.

Please note that your team will not be officially registered for the tournament until the team registration and judges' registrations have been submitted and received and all registration fees have been paid. All teams must meet these requirements in order for them to participate in their regional competition.

You will receive a confirmation email, upon successful submission of your team registration, with a username and password which can be used to access your team's data base, by clicking on "member area" on the national website (www.odysseyofthemind.com), to correct errors or make changes (such as new email address). You may also add a team member, if your original roster contains less than 7 team members. You WILL NOT be able to remove team members. Your judges will also receive confirmation emails with usenames and passwords, which will enable them to access their record to make changes or corrections.
