PENNSYLVANIA ODYSSEY OF THE MIND

SEP REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Dear SEP coaches and coordinators:

All of our registrations for Odyssey of the Mind are done on-line! The first step must be getting registered with "National".

Go to www.odysseyofthemind.com and click the "registration link". Follow the form. When your registration is "complete" you will get your membership number: new or existing.

Once you have your Membership Number you can use the "Member Area" link on the national site to get to the page where you then click on the link "Team Registration". Here you will need the Membership #. From there follow the instructions to complete the "Team Registration". Items bordered in red MUST be completed. Be very careful with your Team Member information as it cannot be changed after the forms have been submitted. If you find you have made a mistake in this area you will need to send an email to me that details the necessary corrections. One you have clicked "submit" within a very short time you'll receive an auto-response email that will include a User Name and a Password that will be required for any future access to the Team Information Area of this site. Please record it with all of the other team information that you cannot lose.

Part of the process is registering your long term and spontaneous judge information. It is important that you provide accurate information for judges. ALL TEAMS MUST SUPPLY TRAINED JUDGES FOR COMPETITION. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. The people you nominate for judging positions will receive an auto-email requiring them to confirm and complete some information and then "submit". I will receive an auto-email after each of these registration actions. From this we can build a data base for quick communication, scheduling, and program printing.

Dates and times for Judges Training and Regional Competition are detailed on the website for Southeast Pennsylvania : www.paodyssey.com and then click on "Regions" and then click the "Southeast Region". Please read all documents and forms on our website.

Fees:
National: $135.00 per membership
Regional: $50.00 per team
