Now that all the holidays are past -
it is time for Odyssey of the Mind and the deadlines that are coming up.
Contact Persons and
Coordinators - Please make sure you forward this
to your coaches so that they get their teams registered. At this time I
only have 19 teams registered. I can not send this to the coaches of the
teams not registered yet because I do not have their contact information until
they register their teams.

there is going to be a problem please contact me before the deadline so that we
can fix whatever needs fixing.
Judges' Training will be held on
February 6, 2010 at Donald H. Eichhorn Middle School in Lewisburg.

Everyone must bring a
copy of their online registration for check in and registration. Coaches should be getting
confirmation emails when their judges register. Coaches need to give long
term judges a copy of the problem the team is competing in and make sure they
have a copy of the program rules as well. Make sure your judges have a
copy of their registration for training - this is a must. If your team's
judge does not get the training in the specific problem he or she needs to be
trained in(that is the problem your team is doing this year) and
perhaps is trained in some other problem the team will receive a penalty
because it will not have provided a judge trained in the problem it is
competing in. Make sure your long term judge knows what the problem is,
what division and what the school name is and membership #. Please make
sure they are armed with the tools to be a good judge and this will help us to
avoid the confusion and problems later.
March 13, 2010 is NCPA Regional
Competition at Mansfield University.
